Discrimination and Diversity

Pseudodiscrimination is defined as an unfounded attack bay a person(s) who is/are a member of one identity group launched against a person(s) who is/are a member of a different identity group.  Things like this happen in organizations every day often is is from one person that is considering themselves being harassed by an individual of another identity group.  Discriminating like this is kind of things that happen that make diversity in organizations hard by diversity needs to be there.  Clashes between two different  group increase the ethnocentrism of both groups which is both groups see themselves as central which needs to be controlled.  The best way to avoid troubles like these in an organization is to go the other way.  Be the bigger person and stay away for the individuals in the organization that are causing these problems.  If situations continue to happen take the matters to higher management.  An organization should hope that these troubles do not occur in their business so that they can attack every task that comes at them with many different points of view and expand their horizons all together.  If your are accused of something in this nature take it immediately to your superior with all the evidence proving your innocent so that they can see you have done nothing wrong.  Employees can rarely win situations like this themselves, but with support and confidence of their superior, they are likely to succeed.
